However, Sound of Excellence does not require participants to join a regular class to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FAQs:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Is this category exclusive to the Grand Finale?<\/strong><br>Yes, SOE is a special category available only at the EMMA Malaysia 2024 Grand Finale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What is the tier rank of this category?<\/strong><br>SOE is considered a <strong>fun cup<\/strong>, with a tier rank lower than all other categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can I join even if I missed Heat 1-3?<\/strong><br>Absolutely! Participation in previous heats is <strong>not required<\/strong> for this category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What do I need to compete?<\/strong><br>Participants must have an <strong>EMMA Officials USB<\/strong> or proof of purchase of the official media source &amp; For budget-limited class, participants are required to complete the <strong>EMMA Value Sheet<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What is the difference between Sound of Excellence and Best of Sound &amp; King of Sound?<\/strong><br>Sound of Excellence does not require participants to join a regular class to participate. However, Best of Sound and King of Sound require participants to join a regular class as they are higher-tier categories that include installation requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If I did not participate in Heat 1-3 2024, can I join SOE?<\/strong><br>Yes, you can join SOE even if you did not participate in Heat 1-3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If I did not participate in Heat 1-3 2024, can I join other regular categories, for example, Entry 3000 or Best of Sound?<\/strong><br>No, to participate in the finale for EMMA regular categories, you must have qualified points to enter the Grand Finale Round.
