MORNING SCHEDULE (Saturday & Sunday)

07:15 AM – 08:30 AM: Move in (Competitors)

08:00 AM – 08:30 AM: Registration (Late Arrival = -10 Points)

08:30 AM – 08:30 AM: Vehicle Verification

08:30/45 AM: Mandatory Competitor Briefing

09:00 AM: Judging Begins

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Any arrival after 08:30 AM will result in an automatic 10-point deduction. Please be punctual.

COMPETITOR CHECKLIST:

1. Both the Owner/Representative and the Installer must be present during judging (maximum of 2 persons only).

2. All vehicles must be fully prepared and ready by 09:00 AM sharp.

3. Budget Class Competitors: Please display your Value Datasheet on the rear passenger window for quick verification.

4. Follow the crew’s instructions and enter the judging lanes according to the official timetable sequence.

5. Save Your Registration Number: Locate your Registration Number (Reg. No.) on the competitor list. Take a screenshot or note it down. You must present your Reg. No. during registration on event day for attendance verification.

6. Attend only on your designated competition day.

7. All competitors must be present on Day 2 during the Open to Public session.
